Group fitness is a great way to help motivate yourself and others to dig deeper and push harder in workouts.

It's our professional Top Speed Fitness instructor's job to not only show proper form, but to also make sure that everyone in the class is executing each exercise the right way. Not only is proper form important for your muscles to reap the most out of every exercise, but it also helps eliminate potential injuries.

Top Speed Fitness group classes defines a great way to get a workout in without having to think or plan. Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout and a cool-down.

The warm-up is designed to help you properly raise your heart rate while loosening your joints and muscles before jumping into strenuous activity. The instructor will coach you through each segment of the workout. The cool-down will help you safely lower your heart rate and stretch all the major muscles worked during class.

We have 60 over classes every week with more than 33 different types of classes in dedicated Yoga, Hot Yoga, Spinning and Martial Arts Studio and functional Area. Get a Complete Workout with our state-of-the-art cardiovascular training equipment.

LesMills™ RPM™

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session.

With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

LesMills™ CXWORX™

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body.

All the moves in CXWORX™ have options, it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. In the 30-minute workout session, instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises.

LesMills™ GRIT™

GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. HATHA YOGA

Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. The word haṭha literally means "force" and thus alludes to a system of physical techniques.

GENTLE YOGA

Gentle Yoga can refer to a variety of types of yogaclasses taught by teachers from various styles of yoga.

Gentle Yoga is often considered easier, less intense, non-strenuous, minimalistic, quiet, meditative, or restorative.

FLOATING YOGA

Floating yoga is a type of yoga combining traditional yoga poses, pilates, and dance with the use of a hammock. Suspension in the air releases tension on the bones and muscles, increasing flexibility and deepening your practice.

HOT YOGA

Hot yoga refers to yoga exercises performed under hot and humid conditions, typically leading to profuse sweating. The heat forces the heart to beat faster, which advocates say provides a better cardiovascular workout and burns more calories.

SUN SALUTATION

The Sun Salutation, or Surya Namaskara (SOOR-yuh nah-muh-SKAR-uh), is a series of poses performed in a sequence to create a flow of movement.

Sun Salutations build heat in the body and are often used as warm-up sequences for a yoga practice.

ASHTANGA YOGA

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga codified and popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century which is often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga. Is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence.

Zumba

Involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.[3] Zumba Fitness, the owner of the Zumba program, does not charge licensing fees to gyms or fitness centers.

BOLLYWOOD DANCE

Bollywood dance is easy on the eye.

Classical dance forms such as Bharatnatyam and Kathak , and folk dances such as Bhangra, each have their own unique styles, but they often share signs and meanings that are combined to create modern Bollywood dances

LINE DANCE

A line dance is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows, all facing either each other or in the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time. Unlike circle dancing, line dancers are not in physical contact with each othER.

K-POP DANCE

Kpop is mainly influenced by hip hop and urban dance choreography. They bring in a lot of different choreographers from outside of Korea to choreograph their music videos including Shaun Evaristo, Keone and Mari Madrid, Kyle Hanagami, and Parris Goebel.

CHOREOGRAPHY

In dance, choreography is the act of designing dance. Choreography may also refer to the design itself, which is sometimes expressed by means of dance notation. A choreographer is one who creates dances. Dance choreography is sometimes called dance composition.

QI GONG

Qigong, qi gong, chi kung, or chi gung is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial arts training.

TAI CHI

Tai chi, short for T'ai chi ch'üan, or Tai ji quan, is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. The term taiji refers to a philosophy of the forces of yin and yang, related to the moves. Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.

BELLY DANCE

Belly dance, also referred to as Arabic dance, is an Arabic expressive dance which originated in Egypt and that emphasizes complex movements of the torso. It has evolved to take many different forms depending on the country and region, both in costume and dance style.
